電磁制動器出現異常怎么處理

電磁制動器出現異常的檢查方法:
1.檢(jian)查電源能否正(zheng)常開啟,整流器接線(xian)能否正(zheng)常,能否有短(duan)接線(xian)等。
2.繼(ji)電器的容(rong)量能(neng)否適宜,界面能(neng)否氧化生(sheng)銹,招致接觸和(he)加熱不良。
3.內部電(dian)(dian)壓能否正(zheng)常,反省電(dian)(dian)源并將其調整到(dao)正(zheng)常電(dian)(dian)壓。
4.電磁制動(dong)器槽板內定(ding)子銅線(xian)接觸不(bu)佳或(huo)斷(duan)裂。

電磁制動器工作原理:
摩擦(ca)(ca)(ca)環隨(sui)著制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)一起(qi)旋轉,電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)體與(yu)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)杠桿通過卡簧(huang)連(lian)接在一起(qi)。制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)開始(shi)時,控(kong)制(zhi)器發(fa)出(chu)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)信號,電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)體通電(dian)(dian),產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)吸力(li),吸附在摩擦(ca)(ca)(ca)環上(shang)。由于電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)體被驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)杠桿約束,與(yu)摩擦(ca)(ca)(ca)環產生(sheng)相對滑動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),作(zuo)用在電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)體上(shang)的(de)摩擦(ca)(ca)(ca)力(li)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與(yu)之相連(lian)的(de)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)杠桿繞(rao)支點轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。杠桿的(de)從動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)端就將制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器的(de)兩個摩擦(ca)(ca)(ca)蹄片(pian)張開并(bing)壓向制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu),產生(sheng)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)矩(ju)。結束制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時,電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)體斷電(dian)(dian),吸力(li)和摩擦(ca)(ca)(ca)力(li)消失,在回(hui)位彈(dan)簧(huang)拉力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用下,摩擦(ca)(ca)(ca)蹄片(pian)離開制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu),解除制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。
需要注意的是,在使用電磁制動器時請在完全沒有水分、油分等的狀態下使用電磁制動器,如果摩擦部位沾有水分或油分等物質,會使摩擦扭力大為降低,制動的靈敏度也會變差,為了在使用上避免這些情況,請加設罩蓋。
