電磁制動器原理

電(dian)(dian)磁制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(電(dian)(dian)磁剎車器)通(tong)過電(dian)(dian)磁、液(ye)壓、氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)方式(shi)來控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力旋轉的自由運(yun)行或(huo)瞬間制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong);根(gen)據控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)源可分為(wei):電(dian)(dian)磁制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器、液(ye)壓制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器、氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器等(deng);根(gen)據結構(gou)形式(shi)可分為(wei):碟式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器、盤式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器、輪式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器等(deng);根(gen)據運(yun)行模式(shi)可分為(wei):常開型制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(常態下處于分離狀態)、常閉型制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(常態下處于制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)狀態)
電(dian)(dian)磁剎車器的(de)原(yuan)理(li)是激磁線圈通電(dian)(dian)時(shi)形成(cheng)磁場(chang),制動(dong)(dong)軸上的(de)電(dian)(dian)樞(shu)旋轉(zhuan)切割磁力(li)線而產生渦(wo)流,電(dian)(dian)樞(shu)內的(de)渦(wo)流與磁場(chang)相互作用形成(cheng)制動(dong)(dong)力(li)矩。當有電(dian)(dian)流通過電(dian)(dian)磁制動(dong)(dong)器的(de)磁性線圈時(shi),電(dian)(dian)磁力(li)吸合(he)剎車片(pian),使用剎車片(pian)釋(shi)放制動(dong)(dong)盤,這時(shi)傳動(dong)(dong)軸帶著制動(dong)(dong)盤正(zheng)常運轉(zhuan)或者啟動(dong)(dong)。
當切斷電磁制(zhi)動器的電流時,那么剎(cha)車片(pian)脫離制(zhi)動盤,制(zhi)動盤與剎(cha)車片(pian)及法蘭盤之(zhi)間(jian)生(sheng)產摩擦(ca)力(li)矩,使用傳(chuan)動軸快(kuai)速停止。
